Filter Basket and Conical Filter
Filter Basket
The filter basket is a basket-like filter mainly made of stainless steel porous plates, stainless steel wire mesh and stainless steel sintered mesh. The filter basket has the advantages of large dirt holding capacity, high pressure resistance, and easy installation and cleaning. The overall dimensions and filtration accuracy can be customized according to customer specific requirements.
The basket filter element belongs to the pipeline coarse filter series. It can also be used to filter large particles in gas or other media. When installed on the pipeline, it can remove large solid impurities in the fluid, so that the machinery and equipment (including compressors, pumps, etc.) and instruments can operate normally. work and operation to stabilize the process and ensure safe production.
Basket filter elements are mainly used in petroleum, chemical, food, beverage, water treatment and other industries.
Conical Filter
Cone filter, also known as temporary filter, is a pipeline coarse filter. Conical filters can be divided into conical pointed bottom filters, conical flat bottom filters, etc. according to their shapes. The main materials used in the product are stainless steel punched mesh, stainless steel wire mesh, etched mesh, metal flange, etc.
Stainless steel cone filter features:
1. Good filtration performance: It can exert uniform surface filtration performance for filtration particle sizes of 2-200um.
2. Good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, pressure resistance, wear resistance and strong stress resistance.
3. Uniform pores, precise filtration accuracy, and large flow rate per unit area.
4. Suitable for low temperature and high temperature environments.
5. It is reusable and can be used again after cleaning without replacement.
Application scope of cone filter:
1. Weakly corrosive materials in chemical and petrochemical production, such as water, ammonia, oil, hydrocarbons, etc.
2. Corrosive materials in chemical production, such as caustic soda, concentrated and dilute sulfuric acid, carbonic acid, acetic acid, acid, etc.
3. Low-temperature materials in refrigeration, such as: liquid methane, liquid ammonia, liquid oxygen and various refrigerants.
4. Materials with hygienic requirements in light industrial food and pharmaceutical production, such as beer, beverages, dairy products, grain pulp and medical supplies, etc.
